Meeting - Feb 10, 2011 -

Meeting -Jan 12, 2011 - The Annual Meeting took place at the Findysz house. 9 members were present with two voting via email. The meeting was called to order by Joe around 1900. October minutes were accepted. There currently is $1136.84 in the bank.

Old Business: Joe discussed a follow-up on the Holiday Parade – OPVFB won “best Use of Lights”.

New Business:

• Discussed plans for the Dillinger Days event Jan 22^nd, upcoming Rodeo Parade Feb 24^th, St. Patrick’s Day Parade March 12^th, and the Arrivaca Run & Lunch Feb 20^th.
• Discussion was held on dues being due for 2011.
• Election of officers was held – the following volunteered to be officers for 2011 – Joe Findysz (Chief), Eddie Fiala (Assistant Chief); Kelly Findysz (Treasurer); John Roads (Secretary, Editor, Web Master); Carl Sosna (Commissioner/Safety officer); Ray Huerta (Commissioner); Jeff Trevas (Commissioner).
• Discussed web store Pay Pal issues and solutions.
• Welcomed new Members Jack Foster & Dan Gimbill
