CALL TO ORDER -  Chief Joe Findysz

REVIEW OF MINUTES - (submitted by JP Roads) Dec 4 Meeting - The meeting took place at the Findysz camp fire/cook-out. 8 members were present with two voting via email. The meeting was called to order by Joe around 1900. October minutes were accepted. There currently is $502.02 in the bank. At Cops N Rodders Ray Huerta won best police car, Eddie Fiala won best fire engine with Joe Findysz winning 2nd. All had a good time. Two police cars were on display at the So Az Public Safety Show. While it was a small turnout, all had fun. A new application was received from Brad Johnson of Queen Creek - Brad has an 1883 Nott wagon. Hopefully he will send us photos. The group discussed plans for the Holiday Parade - so Far, Joe, Ken, John, Andy and Eddie are coming. Nominations for 2010 officers reopened. Elections were held (actually by unanimous volunteering) and 7 of the 8 needed officers will be Allen Douglas, Carl Sosna, John Roads, Joe Findysz, Kelly Findysz, Ray Huerta and Jeff Trevas. One more officer needs to be recruited.  There were no general announcements. Meeting adjourned.
